Western Digital software prevents file sharing

If you have a Western Digital 1 TB drive or have the Access Anywhere software installed say goodbye to file sharing. The software is designed to prevent file sharing of 30 file types. AVI, MP3, MPG all included. So I guess Western Digital is getting into the anti-piracy, anti-p2p act. Wonder if Seagate drives include this type of software? Anyways the simple work around is to not install the software. That’s right, it’s simple. DON’T INSTALL THE WESTERN DIGITAL ACCESS ANYWHERE SOFTWARE. How long before they just hard code it into the logic chip?
